10TH TIME'S THE CHARM? #DMVWOES

Is this actual life?! I swear, the DMV is like. This is my tenth attempt at getting my license renewed/a new copyright/that stupid permit. Each time, it's a frustrating ordeal. The wait times are ridiculous, the staff seem completely unbothered, and the forms are a puzzlejust plain confusing. At this point, I'm starting to more info think the DMV
